Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- This insures that equipment and staff are allocated for your event.
- Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to your event.
- Your event maybe rescheduled at your request if we receive more than 72 hours notice.
- Less than 72 hours notice will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
- Equipment must be accessible for collection at the agreed time stated in your invoice or extra charges may apply.
- Prices quoted assume vehicle access to set up location.
- If set up location is not on the ground floor or does not have vehicle access extra charges may apply.
- Installation of screens and Bell Tents assumed grass set up.
- Extra charges may apply for hard surface installation.
- The hirer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the Hire period.
- Equipment must be returned clean or cleaning fees will apply.
- In the event of bad weather.
- We will proceed unless there is a risk to public safety.
- In windy conditions it is not always possible to set up the larger screens.
- It is a rare occurrence. (we will always try)
- We usually have multiple screens on board and will put up the largest screen possible in the current conditions. (installers will make final decision)
- We do not refund the difference in screen sizes.
- Power is required within 20 m of set up location.
- Equipment returned late will incur a 50% charge per extra day.
